If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. All orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 10 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
You have 45 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your own expense. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. You can also submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired.
If your return or refund requestis approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do it.
